"Katherine was super responsive when I inquired online about her services. She called me back within 3 minutes of me filling out the form! She came to my house for a consultation, was prepared with a contract, all the information I needed as well as references. She had professional photos taken of my house- which turned out better than I could have imagined. The process was very seamless. She took the stress out of selling my home. She is genuine , honest and unmatched in professionalism. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I will be using her in the future."

"I have needed Katherine’s full realtor services on two occasions, to purchase a new home for my mom and to sell a home. Katherine has demonstrated great knowledge of the real estate market, it’s trends, and neighborhoods to fit our needs.
