"What can I say about Mrs. Hubbard that would explain how good of an agent she was in our entire transaction. Not only was she thorough in completing both tasks, she was there for us anytime we needed her. Sometimes working after her specified hours to get us the information that we needed in a timely manner.
No matter how many houses we wanted to see or inquire about, she was there to show them to us and give her opinion on the fit for our needs. She saved us time and money on some that could have been bad for us in the long run. There were occasions where the buyer of our home made things difficult but she was able to step in and represent our interests effectively. If I ever come across anyone who needs real estate help there is only one agent that I would recommend and that is Katherine Hubbard! A++++ experience!!"
