"I have needed Katherine’s full realtor services on two occasions, to purchase a new home for my mom and to sell a home.
Katherine has demonstrated great knowledge of the real estate market, it’s trends, and neighborhoods to fit our needs. She is a great listener and has advice that is noteworthy to consider when buying or selling a property.
She is very reliable, timely responsive, knowledgeable, mannerly, well spoken and smart. On both occasions working with her has been a pleasure and it has been more of a healthy family experience as we bought and sold properties together. Katherine is personable and very warm and that makes for great first impressions and how we relate and communicate throughout the process. She is very professional and is always seeking the best for me as her client. I had some issues with the Lender I started with and she gave me some recommendations for my mom. I ended up switching to the lender she recommended for my mom and the whole experience changed from stagnant to progressive in days. My mom received a great deal and service from the new lender Katherine recommended.!
