"Katherine is one of those gems that continues to shine as time passes. We clicked at the first interaction, when she appeared passionate, trustworthy, and persuasive without overstepping. She was really helpful in guiding us and keeping spending within a budget.
We started with pricing overambition, so when we had to lower the price, we felt a little uncomfortable and questioned a bit of her commitment. However, this was due to abrupt changes in market conditions, and despite our aggressive approach, she remained patient.
Her real genius came when she took charge of last-minute unexpected events, such as when we had to fly out of country and a big sewerage issue came up, which could have caused us to spend thousands of dollars and potentially cancel the contract. She not only satisfied all stakeholders, but she also persuaded the city to pick up a large portion of the work and complete it in 2–3 days before closing, which could have taken months otherwise.
I am thankful to Katherine, our seller agent, who not only alleviated our concerns but also helped us close the sale in less than 25 days.
