"Katherine Hubbard represented me (my Realtor in the transaction) in the sale of my home in Uptown Dallas. She is a great realtor. She explained the process, the options we had and she was on top of the contract negotiation. The seller and myself (buyer) made many changes and lots of discussions and contract changes with the buyer. Katherine was on top of it all and made lots of suggestions that helped me get a good price for property. I would recommend her for any residential sale, especially if it is a complicated deal. Ben."

"If Google would allow six stars, I would give them to this wonderful woman. Ours was a difficult sale, as the buyers skillfully prolonged closing to eek out more and more concessions. Catherine gave us timely and consistently correct advice on how to handle the curves and black ice on the road to the final close. She is warm, professional and deeply knowledgeable about the legal and ethical aspects of real estate transactions. Don't waste the extra money! She's worth it and more."
